Traveling Kettle Wings
Our take on the classic hot wings

- 1 family pack Whole chicken wings
- 1/4 cup Cavenders
- 1/4 cup 2 Gringos Chupacabra Rub
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 bottle favorite hot sauce (franks red hot)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
Prepare kettle with one chimney of coals in the center
Rinse wings and pat dry. Add the seasoning to both sides.
Place wings around the edge of kettle. Cook for 30-40 minutes, turning wings when needed. Cook until an internal temp of 165 degrees on your instant read thermometer.
Add butter, hot sauce, brown sugar and honey to a sauce pan. Heat until butter is melted while stirring together.
Spin the wings in the sauce with a bowl and serve on a platter with your favorite dipping sauce. (Ranch/Blue Cheese)
