Blackened Montana Trout Tacos
Fish tacos off the kettle! Wrap your mouth around one of these blackened trout tacos. You are sure to enjoy!

- 1 lbs Trout fillets
- 2 tbsp Blackened seasoning
- 1 tsp cooking oil
Slaw
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch celery seed
- 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing
Get grill up to around 250 degrees
Lightly coat the trout with some oil
Sprinkle on some blackened seasoning
Place on grill, skin-side down
Check the fish around 7 minutes, internal temp should be 145 degrees
After fish is cooked, pull meat off skin with a fork
Place the fish on some toasted tortillas with some slaw and a little hot sauce
